X-TEND NEO is fabricated using a revolutionary new production process using patented, self-locking stainless steel mini-ferrules. Because our new ferrules are over 40% smaller than our standard seamless ferrules, X-TEND NEO offers maximum transparency without sacrificing strength and flexibility. No one else can offer this combination of strength and visibility! NEO can be manufactured to practically any size and is capable of acting as a structural element in your design by sustaining and distributing tensile loads. NEO is also particularly well suited to balustrade infill applications.

What makes NEO better?

Code compliant and climb-resistant. Extremely fast delivery times for all net sizes. One week delivery program for standard handrail heights (starting Summer 2006). Exact field measurements are not required; ordering is quick and easy. Simplified field installation and adjustment requires only small hand tools: just a wire cutter and pliers. Square foot price is comparable to traditional mesh versions as well as glass and acrylic handrail inserts. Maintenance-free 100% AISI 316 stainless steel. 1.5mm ø cable with available aperture sizes from 35mm–180mm. Can be oxidized to a charcoal-black matte finish.
